How do I purchase my products?
We have 3 different types of payment methods you may use. 2 of them are online and 1 is offline. The 2 online paymnet methods are either by Credit Card or PayPal. Both of these methods are easy to use and you can rest assured that your details are safe as the payments are taken through a secure checkout gateway.(You will notice the little padlock in your browser window when you're in the secure checkout). The other method of payment is offline and is 100% safe. If you prefer not to give out details on the internet you may pay over the phone. We have successfully traded on the internet via eBay where our customers have both used PayPal and payment over the phone as payment methods, so you can safely shop with us.

I purchased something from you and I was told that you dont have it in stock anymore, what should i do?
If you have received an e-mail from us stating that we do not have a particular product in stock anymore, please provide us with your order number so we may then process your refund. Your money will be refunded within 7 days. If you would like to purchase something else with the money, again, please let us know. We will then ammend the order.

Some people do not prefer paying for products over the internet. While the internet is extremely safe, some doubts may still lie, therefore we also accept payments for products over the phone. Please phone us and we will assist you with your purchase.

I purchased a product from you, but its not the correct item?
If by mistake we sent the wrong item out to you, please let us know by e-mail or phone. We will then arrange for the item to be picked up from you. Please make sure you re-package the item and secure it with tape so the item will not open, or become damaged while in transit. Once we receive the item we will check the product and then send you your replacement.

I Would like to refund or exchange my item.
If you would like a refund or exchange, please let us know by e-mail or phone and we will arrange for the item to be picked up. Please make sure that you re-package the item and secure it with tape so the item will not open, or become damaged while in transit. We do not refund or exchange items that have been used! If we believe an item has been used, you will be informed and the responsibility is with you to arrange for delivery for your item. Items that are damaged upon arrival should be kept and we should be informed within 3 days of its arrival. We will then arrange for it to be picked up and exchanged.

I seem to have problems with the website when using the FireFox and Safari browser.
We have noticed that there are certain problems when using the Firefox or Safari web browser with our website. When paying by PayPal the page returns blank instead of taking you to the login area. The second is when ticking the box that says "Shipping Details is same as above:" in the checkout section the details do not update. We recommend using Internet Explorer when viewing our website instead, it may be slower, but it works. Thank You.
