We aim to dispatch your item within 3 days after purchase. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your item we will let you know. If your item is not in stock we will alos let you know and endeavour to refund your money ASAP. You can also ask for a refund using the refund status section from within your login details. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £2.95, whatever you buy. Delivery is to Mainland UK and you will receive your item 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch, providing that you are in the premisis where the item will be delivered. If you are not in, the driver will leave a calling card in your letter box. Please call the number on the card and follow the instructions. The driver WILL require a signature upon delivery. False claims of non delivery will be severly dealt with.
